You can choose from multiple shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, and -- for wholesale customers -- one of our truck routes (regional delivery service). We will accommodate your selected delivery method whenever possible. If a certain carrier is unable to deliver to your location, a Perfect Fit representative will contact you about your order and provide alternate shipping options.
If you would like to pick up your items from your the Perfect Fit warehouse in Portland, OR, just let us know. We provide Will Call service free of charge except for special order items which must be shipped.
Aerosol cans and other hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air and some adhesives and cleaners can only be shipped via ground. Please refer to individual item info for specifications on which items are ineligible for certain shipping methods.
Orders typically ship in the order received, usually shipped within 24 business hours of order receipt. If you need a guaranteed shipping date, please contact Perfect Fit customer service.
Our website does not track live inventory. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you and discuss backorder or cancelation options.
Some orders may ship separately from multiple locations and thus arrive in separate packages. No additional shipping fees are charged in such cases unless there were misquoted shipping charges, carrier calculator outages, or other quoting issues at the time your order was placed.
